The portal is not monitored evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Submit refill requests through the portal whenever possible.
Request refills at least 3 business days before running out.
Controlled substances require regular follow-up appointments.

Complete required paperwork and questionnaires.
Upload requested documents securely through the patient portal.
Forms and document requests are processed as quickly as possible. Completion times may vary based on clinical priority, provider availability, and the complexity of the request.
If your paperwork has a specific deadline, please let us know as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
